Upcoming Online Tax Lien Auctions
There are 8 states conducting tax lien sales this month and 5 of them have counties or municipalities that have their auctions online. And while a couple of these states will have most of their online tax sales done by the end of this month. Some of the other states are just ramping up and will have even more online auctions in September and throughout the fall.
There are 4 main online platforms conducting these auctions. Each state conducts its tax sale differently. They each have different rules, different redemption periods, and different bidding procedures. This can make it difficult for new investors.
We the last half of the year and there are so many online tax lien sales (as well as live auctions) coming up this month and next. I want to make sure that investors understand how to take advantage of these tax sales, pick the right places to invest, get the information they need, put an end to the paralysis of analysis and get started.
