Upcoming Online Tax Sales

Online Tax Deed Sales courseHere’s How You Can Take Advantage of the Upcoming Online Tax Sales…

A lot is going on this month and next when it comes to online tax lien, tax deed, and even redeemable tax deed investing. There are tax sales happening all over the country. So where are they?

Online Tax Sales in the Northeast

There’s not much going on right now in New Jersey but there will be in the next couple of months. The Nassau County NY tax sale – which is a very big online tax sale that usually happens in February of each year and goes on for 3-4 days is scheduled for February 21!

The city of Philadelphia has online redeemable deed sales, the next one is January 13, but you do have to register and put in a deposit ahead of time, and it might be too late to register for this sale. But you can keep an eye on Bid4Assets.com for upcoming online tax sales in Philly. You won’t find them listed with county tax sales. Because they are conducted by the Philadelphia Sherriff, they are list under Philadelphia Sherriff’s Sales on Bid4Assets.

Some counties in Ohio have online deed sales, but before you decide to get ready for one of these Ohio tax sales, make sure that you call the county first and check out what their procedures are for their tax sale.

Online Tax Sales in the South

Online tax deed sales are going on in Louisiana, Virginia, and Florida. And there are a few counties in Texas that have online redeemable deed sales. Tax sales in Texas are always on the first Tuesday of the month. Most of the Texas online tax sales are on RealAuction.com. You’ll find them listed with the tax foreclosure sales. Georgia Counties also have their tax sales on the first Tuesday of the month and Glynn County GA has their tax sale online on Govease.com. There are also a couple of online redeemable deed sales coming up in February in Tennessee. You’ll find these sales on Govease.com.

Online Tax Sales in the West

The states of Washington and California have some online tax deed sales coming up, you can find them on Bid4Assets.com. If you need help navigating the online tax deed auctions, my Online Tax Deed Sales course can help! You can get it at http://OnlineTaxDeeds.com.

The Arizona online tax lien sales are coming up in February. Most of these online auctions will be over by the middle of February. They’ll be open for registration from the middle to the end of this month. Don’t wait too long to register for these tax sales. Some of these sales will only open for registration a couple of weeks before the sale ends, and the deadline for registration and deposits could be a few days before the tax sale ends.

Some AZ counties will have a second “clean up” sale a few days after their initial tax lien auction is over. They’ll offer everything that doesn’t sell in the first tax sale in a second auction. Other counties will have a “county held” auction, where they make items that didn’t sell in the first auction available on a first come, first-serve basis.

You can find most of the Arizona counties that are online at Realauction.com. The big news in Arizona is that more counties have online tax sales now than before the pandemic.

Other Upcoming Online Tax Sales

Douglas County Nebraska’s online tax lien sale is open for registration in early February on RealAuction.com. Beware of this tax lien sale, it’s not the interest rate that is bid down in this tax sale but the ownership interest in the property should the lien not redeem, and you get to foreclose on the property.

Saint Louis County Minnesota has regular online tax deed sales. There is a sale going on now that ends on January 18. The sale is conducted on PublicSurplus.com and registration for these tax sales is on the St. Louis County, Minnesota website.

There are also a couple of counties in Wisconsin that have online tax deed sales that are open now one closes next week and one closes in early February. These tax sales are on WisconsinSurplus.com.
