Want to Know About Jersey Shore Tax Sales?

Jersey Shore Tax SalesWhat got me thinking about Jersey Shore tax sales?

I just came back from a weeks vacation in Wildwood, New Jersey. For anyone who doesn’t know where Wildwood is, it’s near the bottom of the New Jersey coast, south of Atlantic city. It’s in Cape May county, which is at the bottom tip of New Jersey. Like the towns and beaches on Long Beach Island, North Wildwood, Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Wildwood Cables, and Diamond Beach are all on an island connected to the mainland by 3 bridges. Being at the Jersey Shore, and the fact that I’ll be speaking soon at the Central Jersey Real Estate Investor’s meeting at the Beach Haus Brewery in Belmar, NJ is what got me thinking about all the upcoming Jersey shore tax sales.

There are only a couple coming up in the next month in Cape May County, but there are plenty of tax sales coming up in Monmouth County in the next couple of months, including Aberdeen, Avon-by-the-Sea, Red Bank, Freehold, Marlboro,  Neptune City, Ocean Township, Tinton Falls, and Keyport Borough. There are also upcoming tax sales in some of the shore towns in nearby Ocean County; like Seaside Park, Toms River, and Lakewood. Some of these tax sales are even online.
