After Lunch

Right after our lunch break we will have a representative from Equity Trust Company talk about investing in tax liens and redeemable tax deeds with a self-directed IRA, followed by a session on Tax Deeds, Secondary Tax Liens and Cash Flow with Charles Sells of Platinum Investment Properties West.

Next will be Arnie Abramson, our expert on Texas Redeemable Tax Deeds, followed by a session on Insurance for your tax lien and redeemable deed investments by Tim Norris of NREIG.

Then we’ll have a session with Steve Davis, NJ tax collector and President of LienSource.com  and I’ll rap up the day for you with a session on “Finding the Best Way For You To Invest.”

The entire morning of the conference will be a tax lien investing workshop and I will be the only speaker for most of the morning sessions. I’ll be giving an introduction to tax lien investing. Then I’ll tell you about the ways that you are going to learn about during the rest of the conference that will let you profit from tax liens in as little as 6 months. Plus I’ll give a workshop on the online tax sales with short redemption periods. Since we’ll be in Baltimore, I’ll give you a training on the City of Baltimore Online Tax Lien Sale!
