Here are the online tax deed sales coming up now through the summer.

If you’re interested in buying properties at tax deed auctions you might know that there are tax sales throughout the summer in California and in Florida. And you might know that most of the California online tax sales are conducted on Bid4Assets.com and that most of the Florida online tax sales are conducted by RealAuction.com or Grant Street Group. But that’s not what I want to tell you about in this article. I want to let you know about the lesser known and thus less competitive online auctions that you won’t find in the typical places. May Tax Sales

There are plenty of tax sales coming up in May. There are online tax lien sales coming up in Florida, Maryland, and Louisiana. And there are live tax lien sales coming up in May in these states as well as in Alabama and New Jersey. There are online tax deed sales coming up in May in California and Florida, and live deed sales in Arkansas, Florida, Minnesota, and Virginia. There are also redeemable deed sales coming up in Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, and Texas. All redeemable deed sales are live tax sales. There are no shortages of tax sales in May!

Question: “There is an article in the April AARP Bulletin as a special report on Homes Lost to Tax-Lien Predators. Can you address this article as to what would make a person want to invest in Tax Lien Certificates, knowing that there is a possibility that someone will be foreclosed on and has to leave their home?”
