The first thing that you need to do when you get the tax sale list is filter the list down to a more manageable list of properties to do your due diligence on. If you’re going to a tax sale with hundreds or even thousands of properties in the auction, how do you know which properties to do your research on? In this video I’ll tell you about the three methods I use to filter down the list of tax sale properties to a manageable list of properties to research.
