Buying Tax Liens Online Workshop

buying tax liens online 2020We’ve recorded a “Buying Tax Liens Online” Workshop for 2020. During this 2 hour training you’ll find out what has changed this year for the online tax lien and redeemable deed sales.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and nation-wide shut down, many tax sales that take place in early spring have been postponed until later in the year. Some counties have even gone to conducting their tax sales online for the first time ever. During this training I’ll let you know where and when these tax sales are taking place, how you can register, and bid at these tax lien and redeemable deed auctions, and which tax sales are the easiest and most profitable to participate in.

I’ve spilled the beans in the Buying Tax Liens Online 2020. The workshop took place in May of 2020, it was recorded and the recording, workbook, and resource materials have been added to the Buying Tax Liens Online course – a $497 training. But you can still purchase the 2020 update for a limited time for only $197

Fun Weekend Reading

Are you up for some fun weekend reading? I hardly ever read fiction, I usually read practical or educational books, but I do love mysteries. And I decided that this year I would start reading some books just for fun to expand my horizons. I’ve just finished the new mystery Buried Secrets, by Cosette SnarrThe truth is that I could not wait to read this book because I know the author. We were on a creative retreat together where she told us the back story of this mystery and I just couldn’t wait to find out who done it!

If you like detective TV shows that are set in small towns, like Midsommar Murders and Foyle’s War, you’ll enjoy reading Buried Treasure.  It’s set in a small town in Utah. And if you really pay attention to the clues, you’ll be able to figure out who done it before the big reveal. But I have to admit, I wasn’t quite sure. It’s available in Kindle version for only $2.99, or free when you try Kindle prime on Amazon.*
