Monday Motivation: It’s Never Too Late!
I hope that inspires you to get moving and get in shape. It’s never too late. I started olympic style weightlifting when I was 35 years old and pregnant with my youngest child. I did my best in my forties, competing in the open division against women who were half my age and winning local competitions.
