Monday Motivation: It’s Never Too Late!

I hope that inspires you to get moving and get in shape. It’s never too late. I started olympic style weightlifting when I was 35 years old and pregnant with my youngest child. I did my best in my forties, competing in the open division against women who were half my age and winning local competitions. And competing in Master competitions and winning national and world championships. Now 18 years later I’m still competing, even after battling a couple of chronic minor injuries. Continue reading
