For starters there are plenty of tax sales that take place in February and March and some of them are online. In the next 2 months there are tax sales in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin. No matter if you are looking for tax liens, tax deeds, or redeemable deeds, you can find them this winter. Many of these auctions are online.
Winter Tax Lien Sale Highlights
February is the month Arizona tax sales. Some tax sales in Arizona are online, and a couple of Arizona counties have live tax lien sales. Nassau County, NY has a live tax lien sale, which happens on February 18, but it’s too late to register for this auction this year.
You can find smaller municipal tax lien sales in the Northeast, in Vermont and New Jersey, and a couple of the New Jersey tax sales are online. There is an online tax sale coming up in Alabama. And online and live tax lien sales coming up in Indiana. The upcoming Indiana tax sales are commissioner’s sales where the redemption period is only 4 months and the starting bid is lowered. Almost all of the Nebraska counties have live tax sales and they are all on March 5.
Winter Tax Deed Auctions
You’ll find online tax deed sales on both coasts, on the east coast in Florida and on the west coast in California, Washington and Oregon. There are also live tax deed auctions coming up in Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Virginia and Wisconsin. Ohio now has online tax deed auctions and Minnesota even has at least one county that has an online tax deed sale!
There are online redeemable tax deed sales in Philadelphia PA in the next couple of months. You’ll also find live and online redeemable deed sales in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Connecticut. And live redeemable tax deed auctions in South Carolina and Delaware.
