So appreciate your down-to-earth approach. It’s refreshing to hear facts without hype. Have you done any training in Spanish?

Hi Rebecca, I don’t have any trainings in Spanish yet, but it is something I’m considering:)

Hi Joanne, that was very helpful, I am considering investing in tax liens/deeds and I have been for a while. I just never have the money to do it.

Hi Stephanie, I suggest that you start saving a little money out of each paycheck. You might want to open a self-directed IRA. I don’t recommend the way I actually got the money to get started. We sold our first home and I used some of that money to invest. We rented a small apartment for the next 4 years while we saved and invested.
