Our 2013 Conference Staff & Main Speakers (from left to right) Bill Musa, Don Fullman, Arnie Abramson, Charles Sells, Joanne Musa, Lena Cebotari, & Rich Sells.
I just got home from Chicago, where PIP-West and I just had our second tax lien investing conference this year. I had a great time with the staff from Platinum Investment Properties West, our Texas tax deed expert, Arnie Abramson, our other speakers, and all of our terrific attendees.
We had participants from all over the country – the west coast, the southeast, the great state of Texas, the northeast, and we even had one participant who came to our conference and the REI Expo all the way from Lithuania. And of course we had quite a few people from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Fortunately for our Lithuanian friend, Jordanis, PIP-West has a lovely and brilliant young lady on their staff from Moldavia who speaks fluent Russian.
As a special bonus, all of our attendees that also purchased tickets to REI Expo, were offered a free upgrade to VIP tickets, which included breakfast and lunch for Saturday and Sunday. And everyone at our conference who didn’t have a ticket to the Expo was offered the option to purchase VIP tickets at a very low price. A lot of our participants went to the Expo and had a really great time. I got some new information myself at the Expo that I’ll be sharing with you in the future.
If you missed our event this year, we still have one more planned for 2013. Our next tax lien investing workshop will be in Anaheim California on Monday November 4, the day after the next REI Expo. Stay tuned to this blog for more information coming in August about the last Tax Lien Investing Workshop and Conference we’ll be doing this year in Anaheim. And stay tuned for more highlights from the tax lien investing conference and REI Expo.

Dear Joanne Musa & others event staff members, speakers
Thank You for one of the best events in my life. Many speakers presented so much varied info, business ideas, that now I have some good problems to choose most suitable real estate developing way in US for me, coming from Lithuania. Sure, it is good, that conference organizator PIP West had a russian speaking girl, Lena – it’s a first step to develop this conference from local to intercontinental event. I Hope in the future organizators will provide online translation possibility. Anyway (that I did not understood every speakers info so quickly online) this conference was an unbelievably great event – it showed clear simple many different business solutions in US Real Estate. Sure I used first Mr. Arnie Abranson advice before flying home, it was not so easy for, I comer from Europe was’n ready for this, but now , at last; I have normal possibilities to purchase any liens or deeds without any law limits. Thank You Mr. Abranson, i opened an account in a Chase and have some temporary cashiers checks book, visited bigest Chicago county, we investors are really welcome! Thanks for everybody , who sincerely me trusted & wished me, a foreigner, a succesfull start. now all depends on my next efforts & succesfull choises. I encourage You, everyone reading this page, including those, who do not understand english very will and do not know what to do – make a first step! Best regards for everyone & thanks for a inviting me to a CA conference in November.

Hi Jordanis,
It was a real pleasure having you at our event, all the way from Lithuania! I’m glad that you enjoyed the tax lien investing conference and the REI Expo. I hope that you don’t mind that I took the liberty to clean up your English a little in the comment you left. I’m also glad that Lena, who a PIP West employee and a member of our Tax Lien Investing team was able to speak with you in Russian. Lena is from Moldova and is fluent in Russian and Romanian.
