This is an answer to a question from Carol about doing due diligence for Florida tax liens.
Question: I’m looking to invest in tax liens in Florida. I was wondering how you can find out what judgements are attached to the property?
Answer: The truth is that I do not bother to look for liens and judgements on tax lien properties until it’s time to foreclose on the property. Since a tax lien comes before other liens, except for government liens, I don’t worry about it. It would be very time consuming to check for liens and judgements on every property that I want to bid on. Especially since about half of the properties will probably not even be available to bid at the day of the tax sale. Some people wait until the last minute to pay their taxes and remove their property from the tax sale. Also you may bid on quite a few properties and only get 1 or 2. To me it seems like an awful lot of work that is unnecessary for tax liens.

Hello would you mind stating which blog platform you?re working with? I?m looking to start my own blog in the near future but I?m having a hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I?m looking for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!

Hi Velvet,
I use WordPress and I use a paid theme for most of my blogs called flexx canvas.
