We had some great comments in our last post about finding out about tax sales, and I started to reply to one comment about the online bidding platform Bid4Assets.com. I thought it would be good to give you more information on how to find out about the online tax sales in a separate post, so here it is:
In our last post we talked about Bid4Assets being a platform for online tax deed sales, but it’s not the only place to go to find out about them. I also let you know about http://RealAuction.com which handles some online deed sales for Florida counties as well as online lien sales for Florida, Arizona, and Connecticut. They also handle the online tax lien sale for the only county in Illinois that has their tax lien sale online.
I’d like to give you 3 other resources for online tax sales and 2 of them are state specific:
- http://civicsource.com handles all of the online tax sales for Louisiana
- http://tax-sale.info handles all of the online tax deed sales for Michigan counties
- http://sri-auctionsonline.com handles the online auctions for the only Indiana counties that have them and some counties in Floriday, Arizona, and Colorado.
For more information on online tax sales, how to register and bid online and how to do due diligence for online tax sale properties, I have 2 courses, one for the online tax liens and one for the online tax deeds. Each course is $97, but you can both for only $164.00 ($30 savings) when you go to www.BuyingTaxLiensOnline.com/order.html.
You can find out more about what’s included in Buying Tax Liens Online at www.BuyingTaxLiensOnline.com/main.html and you can find out what’s included in Online Tax Deed Sales at www.OnlineTaxDeeds.com.
Happy and Prosperous Investing,
Joanne

Hello Joanne,
First of all, thank you for sharing so much information regarding tax lien investing in your blog.
Thanks to this article, I can now find online tax lien sales in Indiana.
I’m really interested in investing in that state but the little stepping stone I have to overcome is finding a good Attorney that would send the Notice of the Lien being recorded to ALL of the people who has an interest in the property.
I’m a student of yours and I need your help.
Do you know of a good Company / Attorney / Service provider that would run the title search and send the written notices to the people who has an interest on the properties I will be buying tax liens?
Your help is really appreciated….
Thank You in advance…
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
I understand the difficulty that you are having with this as I tried to find an Indiana tax lien attorney by typing in “Indiana tax lien attorney” but all I was able to find were attorneys to help with removing federal and state income liens. Counties also have to use attorneys to send out notices, so I recommend that you call some of the county treasurers or county auditors and see who they use.
