In my last post I talked about a couple of financial situations that some people are going through right now, where tax lien investing or tax deed investing is probably not the answer.
If you’ve just lost your job, or your business is failing and you don’t have an emergency fund or money that you don’t need to live on to invest with, then this is not the time to take whatever money you do have and invest in tax liens or tax deeds. That is because it may take a few months to a couple of years before you see your profits on tax lien investing. So what can you do to improve your situation?
