There are plenty of tax sales coming up this month and next and we want you to be ready for them!

Tax Lien Sales

Winter is a pretty quiet time for tax sales in the Northeast with the exception of the Nassau County tax sale in NY. But things start to pick up in March. You’ll find both live and online tax sales in New Jersey in March and April. There are also some tax sales in Vermont this time of year, although there are only a handful of properties on the list in most counties and sometimes they all get removed before the auction. Alabama tax sales are also just getting started this month. The District of Columbia tax sale is next Monday and Maryland tax sales will start up next month and some of them will be online.

Tax Deed Sales

There are online tax deed sales on both coasts; on the east coast in Florida and on the west coast in California. You’ll find live tax deed sales this month and next month in Minnesota, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Redeemable Deed Sales

There are redeemable deed sales on the first Tuesday of every month in the larger counties of Texas and Georgia. And this spring you’ll also find redeemable deed sales in Connecticut, Tennessee, and Philadelphia, PA. The good news is that there is finally one county that has a redeemable deed sale online. Shelby County Tennessee is the first county in TN to have an online tax sale and the only county that has a redeemable tax sale online.
