Tax Lien Lady and the Tax Deed Gentleman
Platinum Investment Properties – West and the Tax Lien Lady had their Spring 2013 Tax Lien Investing Workshop on Friday April 26 ahead of the REI Expo in Baltimore Maryland. In this year’s workshop and conference the emphasis is on how to get “double digit returns in as little as 6 months” with tax lien and tax deed investing.
One of the highlights of the day was a seminar on Texas redeemable tax deeds by Texas deed investing expert Arnie Abramson. Arnie explained that investing in Texas is really a cash flow opportunity to own Texas real estate. He also demonstrated why Texas is such a great place to own real estate now. His company, Texas Tax Sales Resource Group LLC, has ”done for you” investing programs that investors can participate in with as little as $5,000.
