As a matter of fact you can register for the tax sale now until May 9th, when registration closes. And once you’re registered you can bid on the properties in the tax sale until May 20th when the tax sale closes.
Since we will be having our 2013 Tax Lien Investing Workshop & Conference in Baltimore on April 26, I thought that would be a great time to do a training on the upcoming Baltimore Tax Sale. I’ll show participants how to register, due their due diligence and bid on the properties in the tax sale. This is just one of the trainings I’ll be doing on tax lien investing at this workshop.
But that’s not all – you’ll also learn about another way to profit from tax liens without having to attend the tax sale. We’ll show you how you can purchase tax liens that are ready to foreclose now, without having to attend an auction at all! And we will have a list of these liens available for you to buy at the conference.
