It’s Wendnesday, July 1st and a couple of day’s ago I got back from Wendy Patton’s “Soft Market Investing Boot Camp.” I’ve been to a few real estate investing boot camps and seminars, but I was really impressed with Wendy. I’ll be telling you more about what I learned at the Soft Market Investing Boot Camp as I implement some of the tools and techniques that I learned about. Wendy has a great program for buying cash flow properties in Pontiac Michigan, right outside Detroit. This is an area of the country where rents are decent ($500 – $900), and homes are mostestly priced.
